You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are limited to the cases below.
Cancellations and refunds

| Cancel a monthly plan | No further charges. Access continues until the cycle ends. No refund for the current month. |
| Cancel a yearly plan within 7 days of first purchase | Full refund, minus payment gateway charges. |
| Cancel a yearly plan after 7 days | Access continues until the year ends. No partial refund. |
| Upgrade | Applies immediately. You pay the prorated difference. |
| Downgrade | Applies from your next billing cycle. |
| Charged twice or charged after cancelling | Full refund of the extra charge. |
| Platform unavailable for over [3] consecutive trading days due to our fault | Pro-rata credit or refund for the affected days. |
| Account suspended for breaching Terms (e.g. login sharing) | No refund. |
Refunds are never given for trading losses, market outcomes, or dissatisfaction with analytics results.
How to cancel
Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel Plan, or email billing@smdiqfintech.com from your registered email. Auto-renewal stops immediately.
How to request a refund
Email billing@smdiqfintech.com with your registered email, payment ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method; your bank may take another 5–7 working days to credit it.
